A Tandoor is a charcoal burning clay pit oven.Kababs in Indian cuisine are generally defined as morsels of meat. Usually charcoal broiled, they can be done in a griddle or even fried. Being non-saucy they are usually eaten with bread. We serve ours with a nan except the Chooza kabab.
